Corpsmen from Battalion Landing Team, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, treat injured and sick local Haitians and gave medical supplies to locals of Dano, Haiti, Jan. 28, 2010. In response to a devastating earthquake, which struck Haiti, Marines and sailors of the 22nd MEU began delivering relief supplies and providing medical aid in support of Operation Unified Response, Jan. 19, 2010.
